Cari grew up in International Falls, Minnesota, where Rainy Lake and a love for sports shaped her early years. She took that energy to the University of Minnesota-Duluth, playing collegiate volleyball and building the kind of teamwork and drive that now fuel her real estate career.

For a while after college, Cari worked with a construction firm framing apartments in North Dakota. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for the industry and sparked a lasting passion for real estate. She soon found her stride in sales at ERA Pederson & Associates, earning a reputation for integrity, dedication, and results.

Today, Cari is back in her hometown, proudly serving the Borderland area as part of Move It Real Estate Group. She brings local insight, genuine care, and a steady hand to every transaction whether you’re buying your first home, selling a lakeside retreat, or just exploring your options.
